Priorities
-Drones for help of labor,never replacing them,but the labor would be controlling them
-Strict time control,never continuously for more than 4 hours.If due to any reason the person gets fatigued easily (lactic acid production),hyperventilates or perspires more or gets dehydrated,his timings should be revised,and in any case if he had to go to emergency or hospital, recheck the status of SEUor the head of that workplace.
-Check of Vitamin D and calcium levels,BMI and any type of malnutrition for every field worker.Again,there is no further promotion of S1 or S2 level at any field from Ajr (hard working mostly standing, directly under direct sunlight and mostly, unfortunately,this class is severely malnourished)
-Exoskeletons or wearables for the labor
-Newer infrastructural development in African and very poor countries.
-Development of Artificial Islands specially in highly populated cities.

Being on Ajrs common platform would allow these MUs to get efficient and quality services regarding each of these departments, either by sharing or by rotations,or both.
Funding would be from Ajrs centre i.e mega sponsors or by some special volunteering countries,who would then,in exchange,get the more duration of their conventional Currency rotation.
The rotations of Zayyan would be following those of Civil Engineering rotations,after the major constructions,and they would be either directed by the Ajrs centre,or by the concern of Mega Sponsors and members of that Mega Unit.
The duration and the number of MUs interested would be the major determinants of number of rotations per year or the period of 1 complete rotational cycle.
(Remember,though the architectural rotations are included in the system,as one of the major wing,but they come secondarily after Medical and even Civil/Constructive areas.)
